What are FL Credits and how do they work?
FL Credits are FoundingLegals' internal currency for legal services. Every plan includes ₹10 Lakhs in free credits you can use across any service — incorporation, agreements, certifications, or fund raising. Additional credits are available at the ₹50 Lakhs mark for Scale plan clients.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our pricing is completely transparent. Plan fees cover professional services. Government fees (like MCA stamp duty or GST portal charges) are communicated upfront separately and not hidden in plan costs.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth or Scale later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We calculate the difference based on services already rendered and only charge the incremental amount. No need to restart from scratch.
What is Org DSC and why is it required?
Org DSC (Organisation Digital Signature Certificate) is a company-level digital signature required for filing on the DPIIT Startup India portal, advanced MCA filings, and government portal submissions. It is different from individual Director DSCs and is obtained as part of Founding Services.
Are custom agreements included in plans?
Standard agreements (NDA, Internship, Volunteer, Employment) are included in Growth and Scale plans. Fully customised, purpose-built agreements (e.g. SaaS T&Cs, vendor contracts) are available at an additional cost under the Scale plan. All custom agreements are reusable once drafted.
How does Fund Raising legal support work?
Our Scale plan covers all legal formalities for fundraising — SHA, SSA, share allotment filings (PAS-3), FEMA compliance for foreign investors, and cap table management. FL Credits can be applied to offset legal costs, especially for larger rounds. Contact us to discuss your specific round.
